Really nice people. They provided me with excellent services and helped me navigate a stressful situation in a positive way.

Driving from our province of Ontario, we called asking if they could possibly take us in for our soon to need oil service change, and they were able to accommodate us in on a short notice. Had a full service done, rotate tires, check and update recalls and we were back travelling in no time. All staff were friendly and amazing to talk with. Thank You for the awesome experience. Hope all of you enjoyed the Tim Hortons coffee and donuts lol.

Jill was amazing and treated me like a human...she was relatable. Did not treat me like a number ..unlike my previous experience from a month ago ..when i took multiple vechiles out for a test drive...that sales person "jamie"was not for me.. he looked at me like a dollar sign.. not a person..because of Jill.. and her amazing patients with me..with all my wants and don'ts.. I felt that the new person who was working at the intake desk at the service bay did not take me seriously. I did not have an appointment but my problem was urgent and she initially told me that 5 workers were off that day so I could not have my truck looekd at. Drove in no appointment got an oil change thank you no wait

I purchased a new GMC canyon in December of 2023 and two days ago it had no electrical power. GMC roadside assistance had it towed to MacIntyre GM where they ascertained the truck had a dud battery. They replaced the battery under warranty, and for now, it's fine. Lets hope it stays that way. The courtesy shuttle driver was fast, efficient and friendly.

MacIntyre stepped up and helped get my truck repaired. Their service department treated me with respect. The waiting areas are always so clean! Only thing of note was an angry customer in an office right beside the waiting area was allowed to scream and yell profanities for over 10 minutes. This was obviously awkward for anyone sitting and waiting as we all had to listen to this. I would certainly consider moving angry customers to a room away from other customers in order to work towards resolving their complaints. When the angry customer emerged from the office there was still yelling, ...

The owner Shaun MacIntyre has always been absolutely great to deal with along with all the staff. I have read some bad ratings but can only speak to the service I have received.
